Our web-based tools help to schedule, track, and manage regulated or non-regulated pre, post, and random programs.

Navicus maintains a centralized National Customer Care Center available through one toll-free number (800-852-3885). Representatives are only a phone call away to assist in locating a walk-in site or mobile collector. Our skilled support staff is dedicated to first-contact resolution and post-accident support is available twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

Lab Drug Testing

Navicus laboratory-based testing options are designed to meet the needs of any workplace drug testing program. Our occupational testing laboratory network consists of strategically located facilities throughout the US that are certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Uniform processes and a single web-based platform provide standardized reporting regardless of location. 

Alcohol Testing

Navicus offers breath alcohol and instant saliva alcohol testing at thousands of patient service centers nationwide. The tests are performed on-site by trained and certified professionals. Breath alcohol tests (BAT) conform to the Department of Transportation (DOT) model specifications for screening devices that measure alcohol.

Instant Devices

When time is of the essence, an instant testing devices offer drugs of abuse screening that is rapid, reliable, and easy to use. Instant devices, also known as Point-of-Collection Testing (POCT), provide on-site screening for drugs of abuse, urine specimen validity, and saliva alcohol. Confirmations of nonnegative specimens are available through our certified laboratories.

Collection Site Management

Navicus offers drug screen collections at more than 11,000 patient service centers (PSCs) throughout North America. Collections are coordinated through laboratory owned in-network facilities. When additional coverage is needed collections are performed through Navicus trusted third-party facilities.

Medical Review Officer

Navicus Medical Review Officers are certified by the AAMRO and members of the Drug Alcohol Testing Industry Association. We encourage the use of a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to review all negative and nonnegative results. Many variables may affect duration of detectability, such as drug metabolism, half-life, a subject's physical condition, fluid balance and state of hydration, and route and frequency of ingestion.
