Our laboratory partners have been certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to meet governmental requirements and Navicus’ own high-quality standards. We manage the entire process: from laboratory selection, forms distribution and tracking, to laboratory monitoring and problem resolution.

Outsourced Scheduling Services

Our convenient scheduling service for drug and alcohol testing, physical examinations, and other health-related screening allows you to outsource the time-consuming task of locating collection/testing sites and providing instruction and forms to applicants. Expert MRO Services

Navicus employs several full-time, expert MROs (Medical Review Officers).  Our team of highly qualified professionals review chain of custody and test results, and conduct the entire donor interview process as prescribed by federal regulations. Our MROs are required to be certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers and/or the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, ensuring high quality performance in this key substance abuse testing function.

Reporting Tools

Integrated Drug and Background Screening

Navicus’ integrated drug testing and background screening services offer you a single, responsive point of contact for your screening needs. Employment background checks and drug screening results are made available 24 hours a day through our Web-based order fulfillment tool.
