The Navicus ATS can also be integrated with a phone based application process. The phone based application process allows applicants to apply by phone 24/7 - 365 days a year. Navicus ATS offers both phone attendants and IVR solutions. The information gathered and compiled is the exact same as what is collected through a paper or web based employment application. The information from the phone based employment application is imported directly in to the ATS with the same weighting, ranking and scoring algorythms. |

The phone based and IVR application component supplement applicant flow, drive passive applicants, and both can be bi-lingual. Navicus provides a unique vanity toll free number 1-888-444-AJOB. The phone based and IVR application is availble in both English and Spanish. In addition, the entire phone based application is recoreded and is embedded as a .wav file in the ATS' candidate profile. The .wav file allows the hiring manager to click on the icon, and actually hear the applicant, in their own voice, respond to specific questions.
