Performance Inventory

A psychometric competency assessment that measures the applicant across nine constructs including, Logic, Dependability, Productivity, Customer Service, Sales, Retention, Risk, Safety, Financial Integrity, Sobriety, Civility, Professional Orientation, and Supervisory Orientation.

Online Behavioral
Interview

Collects achievement examples from candidates for technical skills, performance skills, and competencies and auto-confirms by credible third parties. Replaces screening interviews, and gets the interview process started online-allowing.
